Brief Introduction
Mobile type welding fume extractor adopts the advanced filter technology. It provides the perfect solution for welding fume, and professionally design for collecting the welding fume. So the mobile fume extractor provides the services for purifying the fume and dust.
Before welding fume dust goes into the welder's breathing zone, the fume purifier can collect at the weld source.
The filter cartridge further collects the hazardous submicron particles on the surface of nanofiber membrane to avoid circulatory blowing to factory air. For matching factory different location installation requirement, the mobile fume dust purifier can separate two kinds with self-cleaning and without self-cleaning.

Application
The welding fume extractor adopts collection of the fume and dust in different production process, such as cutting, grinding, polishing, welding (arc welding, carbon dioxide arc welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gouging welding, special welding etc.) , the recycling of rare metals and valuable materials.

Working principle
The fume and dust produced in the operation process is inhaled to the mobile welding fume purifier through the gas absorption cover due to the gravitation of the fan.
The large particles are separated and intercepted by the pre-filtering fire resistance net.
After initial filtration, the fume and dust will arrive at the filter cartridge protective plate and further obstruction to particles and residual fire fume.
The filtered fume and dust enters the main filter cartridge.
The main filter cartridge are made of imported polyester fibers covered with film mulching and the filtration efficiency can reach up to 99.9%.
The purified gas is further purified by activated carbon layer filter cotton and discharged standard through the air outlet.
